About Rachel Kriger
I graduated from Tai Sophia Institute in Maryland in 2009. Before going to acupuncture school, i was an organic farmer. When i got to school, one of my teachers said we are learning to tend our patients like a farmer tends her fields. I love that our medicine is deeply rooted in nature and the seasons. It makes sense because we are part of nature. Children know this on a deep level and I am excited to take this course to get more practice and more ideas of how to tend children and whole families.
I now practice in philadelphia, PA. I love helping patients of all ages stay well through all seasons and learn from their challenges along the way. I have mostly been treating adults and would love to have my children and teens in my practice... especially since I just had my first child on August 13th! Looking forward to learning with all of you (though since i'm a new mom, will probably take the course pretty slowly over time).
